Becoming nbn® accredited

Accreditation is designed to ensure you have the knowledge and necessary skills to work safely and effectively across the nbn® network.

There are three steps to becoming nbn™ accredited.

Step 1: Register

All field workers are required to be registered on the nbn™ enAble™ portal.

Step 2: Complete eLearns

There are four mandatory eLearns that need to be completed:

  • nbn™: Health, Safety and Environment Awareness (HSE)
An overview of the HSE requirements.
  • nbn™: Your role in connecting Australia
An overview of nbn™ and how best to represent the brand.
  • nbn™: Customer Service Excellence Training (Part 1 and 2)
An overview of the soft skills, knowledge and resources that assist in positively impacting customers.

Step 3: Accreditations uploads

It is important to nbn™ that all field workers are equipped with the knowledge and accreditations to safely and effectively complete tasks on the nbn™ network. All field workers will need to upload each skill gained onto their nbn™ enAble™ profile as part of the accreditation process.
