Step 1: Register
All in-field workers are required to register on the enAble™ portal.
Step 2: Complete eLearns
There are three mandatory eLearns that need to be completed:
- nbn™: Health, Safety and Environment Awareness (HSE)
An overview of the HSE requirements
- nbn™: Your role in connecting Australia
An overview of nbn™ and how best to represent the brand.
- nbn™ Customer Service Excellence Training (Pat 1 and 2)
An overview of the soft skills, knowledge and resources that assist in positively impact customers.
Step 3: Accreditations Uploads
It is important to nbn™ that all in-field workers are equipped with the knowledge and accreditations to safely and effectively complete tasks on the nbn™ broadband access network. All in-field workers will need to upload each skill gained onto their enAble™ profile as part of the accreditation process.
