Have questions about the nbn™ broadband access network?

nbn attends and hosts a range of events throughout Australia to give local residents and business owners an opportunity to speak face-to-face with an nbn representative.

Visit one of our stands at an upcoming event to learn more about the nbn™ access network, how the rollout of the network is progressing in your area and get tips on what to consider when preparing to move to the nbn™ access network via your phone or internet provider. Already moved to the nbn™ access network? We’d also like to hear about your experience so far.

Find out more about events where you can meet face-to-face with an nbn representative below.

nbn representatives will be set up in a range of different locations from shopping centres to festivals to answer your questions. The sessions are open to the public and no appointments are necessary.
nbn™ Local and nbn representatives are hitting the road in the nbn™ Sky Muster™ satellite truck to speak with members of the community. Visitors have the opportunity to get a real-life experience of the benefits of the nbn™ SkyMuster™ satellite service via the nbn™ Sky Muster truck. The custom-made vehicle carries a portable satellite antenna that allows visitors to get hands-on with services over the nbn™ access network via a Wi-Fi hotspot powered by the nbn™ SkyMuster™ service.
The nbn™ discovery centre in North Sydney is a purpose-built facility designed to showcase the nbn™ access network and a range of broadband-enabled technologies. Business groups can express interest in taking a tour of the nbn™ discovery centre by emailing
