  1. Using nbn™ Online Registration
    This site is controlled by nbn™. By continuing to access nbn™ Online Registration, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are aware of any updates to the terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms as updated or amended you should not use this service.
    By signing up for Online Registration, you agree to nbn™ sending you information and updates to your nominated email address regarding the rollout of the nbn™network and disconnection or migration of your existing landline phone and internet services. In addition, you may continue to receive service notifications by post in the weeks leading up to the disconnection or migration of existing services at your premises.
    If you change your email address please ensure that you update your details to ensure that you continue to receive information and updates from nbn™
  2. Unsubscribing from nbn™ Online Registration
    You can unsubscribe or deregister from Online Registration at any time by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ option at the bottom of an email from nbn™, or by selecting ‘update your details’ and deleting either the details of a selected premises, or deleting all your details directly. You may also deregister by contacting the nbn™ Call Centre at the contact details provided below.
    If you deregister from Online Registration, you may still receive service notifications by post in the weeks leading up to the disconnection or migration of existing services at your premises. 
  3. Privacy and Collection Statement
    Personal information about you may be collected, used and disclosed for the purpose of providing you with information on your move to the national broadband network and for market research purposes. We may disclose this information to organisations contracted to provide services to nbn™ and where we are required to do so by law. Your name, address and email address may be disclosed to an overseas recipient. Please see the nbn™ Privacy Policy for more information on the countries your personal information may be disclosed to. You can update, correct and opt-out online. The nbn™ Privacy Policy contains more information about how we manage privacy including how you can contact us.
  4. About nbn™
    nbn co ltd ABN 86 136 533 741 (NBN Co) was established on 9 April 2009 to design, build and operate the National Broadband Network.
    These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. If for any reason a court finds any provision or portion of these terms to be unenforceable then the remainder of these terms will continue in full force and effect.
