Tom Roets

Tom Roets was formerly Executive General Manager, Customer and Commercial at NBN Co.

Tom Roets led the Customer and Commercial team within nbn’s Residential Sales and Marketing group, looking after nbn's customer experience program and commercial functions, such as wholesale supply, pricing and segment strategy.

Tom has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, working in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and Africa on strategy, planning and product/segment management for mobile and fixed broadband technologies.

Prior to nbn, Tom worked as a General Manager at Vodafone Hutchinson Australia (VHA) and as an Associate Principal for McKinsey & Co. Tom holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science cum laude from the University of Johannesburg.
