Wade Campbell

Wade Campbell is General Manager of Field Operations NSW/ACT at NBN Co.

Wade joined NBN Co in October 2014 bringing with him extensive experience in the telecommunications sector including General Manager at Telstra and Construction Manager at Silcar.

He is currently General Manager, Customer Field Services NSW/ACT, where he is accountable for ensuring an exceptional customer experience is delivered through the use of a diverse workforce covering all technologies.

To deliver on this responsibility, he is accountable for managing a team of approximately 80 staff and three major Service Delivery Partners who perform customer activation and assurance tasks, as well as responding to network outages and at risk events on a 24/7 basis.
