Paul Meehan was formerly Senior Sourcing Specialist at NBN Co.
He, along with his team, were responsible for identifying and managing external talent to support the growth of the business. His strategy exploited multiple new and traditional channels to identify and engage with prospective employees, and managed programs to introduce them to the business. Supporting this were a number of programs such as Employee Referral, Talent Communities, Employee Value Proposition and Diversity.
Over the past 12 years, Paul has led recruiting functions for a number of blue chip companies in the Telecommunications, Engineering, Utilities, FMCG and Gaming industries. His expertise cuts across Commercial and Operational functions, relying on innovative solutions to solve complex workforce planning issues.
