nbn is currently assessing the root cause of the impact to the nbn® network to develop a restoration plan.


Services impacted

The outage has so far affected 1,218 nbn® services in the impacted geographical regions, across the following technplogies: Fiber to the Premises (FTTP) and Enterprise Ethernet Access Service (EEAS).


Locations impacted

Remote (1,218) NT (Nhulunbuy, Yirrkala)
