Technicians are now back on-site and are working to restore the affected nbn® services as a priority.
Services impacted
Since the last update, 434 nbn® services have been restored. 2808 end customers are currently unable to access the nbn® network, across the following technologies: Fibre to the Node (FTTN), Fibre to the Basement (FTTB) and Fibre to the Premises (FTTP).

Technicians remain on-site and are working to restore the affected nbn® services as quickly as possible. A replacement part is required and has been ordered. nbn is reviewing logistics and an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) will be published when confirmed.
