If the nbn™ network is not yet available at your address, register for email updates and we will let you know when your home is ready to connect. Once you have confirmation that you can switch, you will have 18 months to move your services to the nbn™ network, before the existing network is switched off.*
The rollout of the nbn™ network will involve new technologies and some existing devices may not be compatible with these at all times.
You won’t be connected to the nbn™ network automatically, so contact your preferred phone or internet service provider to discuss your requirements and select the most appropriate plan for your needs.
It’s a good idea to switch to the nbn™ network well before your disconnection date to allow time for your order to be processed, and for installation, if applicable.
*The nbn™ network is replacing many landline networks for phone and internet services, including copper and the majority of HFC networks. Services provided over existing fibre networks (including in-building, health and education networks) and some special and business services may not be affected.
