Why is my modem / nbn™ connection box not working?
First, check everything is plugged in and turned on.
Is your modem / nbn™ connection box power cord plugged in firmly? (Always keep your nbn™ connection box plugged into AC power and connected to the wall outlet.)
Check the indicator lights on your modem – are they all solid green or matching the display from your modem’s instructions?
