How do I get connected to the nbn™ Fixed Wireless service?

If the nbn™ network is available at your address, you can order a service and choose a plan that suits your needs from your preferred phone or internet provider. As well as ordering your services, your provider will make an appointment for the installation of your nbn™ equipment. Don't forget to get permission from the landlord if you are not the property owner.

We'll conduct a radio signal survey to make sure your home or business can receive a broadband service via fixed wireless. Fixed wireless services are dependent on a clear line of sight from the building to the fixed wireless facility. If the signal is not strong enough we will not be able to continue with the installation. If this happens, we recommend that you speak to your preferred phone company or internet service provider to discuss your options.
