I've placed a Sky Muster order but I have not received any contact yet, what should I do?

There is an extremely high demand for SkyMuster services and as such there could be a waiting period before your Internet Service Provider (ISP) places your order with nbn.

nbn has a maximum order volume that each ISP can submit per day. This is simply to manage the demand and requirements of the installers who travel to each location to install the service. We have a limited number of installers and a vast area of regional locations to service and as such we need to manage their workloads to achieve the most number of installs per day.

When you place your order with your ISP they inform you as to when they expect to place your order with nbn. After your ISP has placed your order with nbn you can generally expect to hear from an installation partner within 5 business days with a suggested date and time for your installation.

In some case where there is excessive demand it may take more than 5 business days for an installation partner to make contact with you after your ISP has placed their order with nbn. If 10 business days have passed and you have not heard from an installation partner, please contact the ISP who you placed the order with and ask them to follow up for you.
