Is Priority Assistance available for services provided over the nbn™ network?

Yes, Priority Assistance services are available for individuals with diagnosed life-threatening medical conditions however, simply registering your medical alarm with nbn does not mean that your priority assistance status will be carried over to your nbn™ based service.

You need to call your preferred phone or internet provider and tell them you need the same Priority Assistance Service levels over the nbn™ network. If you are planning to connect your medical alarm to the new phone service over the nbn™ network, let your phone company know that too in case they have additional advice.
