If the nbn™ network is available at your address we will contact you every few months with information on how to connect. As the disconnection date for your area gets closer, we will contact you more frequently to remind you to make the switch – this will help you to avoid losing any affected landline phone or internet services. If the nbn™ network is not available in your area, we will contact you as soon as it is.
In most instances, once you place an order for an nbn™ plan this communication from us will automatically stop.
