Can I choose the timing for when the installation can take place?

For FTTP (fibre to the premise technology) Installations.

The nbn™ connection box will be installed within the dates advised in the notification letter sent to your address.

You do not need to be home when the installation of the nbn fibre optic cable and connection box takes place unless you have locked gate or a dog.

In that case, please contact us again on 1800 687 626 prior to the scheduled installation dates to arrange access.  We will arrange for our contractor to give you a call to discuss access.

Our installers will not be able to complete work on your property if the gate is locked or if there is a potential risk to their safety.

This information applies to FTTP (fibre to the premise technology).  The  information relevant to the technology being rolled out to your area will be provided when the nbn™ network is available at your address. Check your address to be notified when you can connect your home or business to the nbn™ network.
