If you want to enquire about modifying nbn assets, please keep in mind that the applicant may be charged for the relocation or removal of any nbn supplied equipment or network infrastructure. Potential alternative options are detailed in the 'before you start' section here. Please consider whether these may apply to your requirements.

If your installed nbn supplied equipment is causing a health and safety hazard, please call 1800 687 626 and select option 1, followed by option 2 to ensure any health and safety hazards are prioritised.




If you are having difficulty submitting your application can you please remove your attachments and try resubmitting the form and then email attachments to relocationworks@nbnco.com.au
