RFP: MDU Cabling Contractors

NBN Co has been established to design, build and operate the National Broadband Network. This includes ensuring that all existing multi dwelling units (MDUs) within the fibre footprint are pre-cabled ready to receive NBN services when the area is activated.

At this time we want to receive Requests for Proposal from qualified and experienced cabling contractors with local, regional or national coverage. The scope of work will be installing fibre cabling and equipment within common areas of existing MDUs using pre-supplied detailed designs and bills of material, and working to committed timeframes.

To be invited by NBN Co to respond to the RFP, suppliers must show evidence of experience, scale and capabilities to supply the above services. To register your interest, obtain a copy of the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Declaration by emailing and submit your registration within the timeframes outlined. NBN Co will then consider submissions and at its discretion issue invitations to respond and the associated RFP documents.
