We plan to deliver wholesale-only broadband coverage to Australian premises with speeds of 100 Megabits per second to 93% of premises and 12 Megabits per second to 7%, subject to final design, using fibre to the premises (FTTP), wireless broadband or satellite.
Given the size of the country it is expected that it will take approximately eight years to build and operate a National Broadband Network. Retail service providers (RSPs), our customers, will deliver Australia’s end-users with advanced digital services.
