You'll need to upload your resume and a copy of your academic transcripts (which can be obtained from your university).

nbn's Graduate Program begins in February.

The program runs for 24 months and consists of four rotations, each lasting six months.

Our process consists of six steps. We'll be in contact at the end of each step to keep you up-to-date with your application's progress. 


Applications close 5 April 2024.

Offers will be made after the final stage of the recruitment process.

The nbn Graduate Program runs from our Sydney and Melbourne offices.

Candidates must have completed a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past three years (or be due to complete a degree prior to commencement) as detailed in the most recent Graduate job advertisement. You must also be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian permanent resident at the time of application.

Yes, if you meet the eligibility criteria detailed in the most recent Graduate job advertisement, you may re-apply for the Graduate Program’s next intake.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your completed candidate profile has been successfully submitted.

No, we don't currently have a vacation employment program.

Yes, if you change your mind and no longer want to be considered for a graduate position, simply update your online profile and withdraw from the recruitment process.

Rotations are designed to support your academic discipline and to ensure you build the critical skills required within your areas of the business. Each experience is different and tailored to our individual graduate, ensuring we are supporting your success. 

Yes, if you match the selection criteria you are welcome to apply for other roles with nbn.

You're eligible to apply if you're due to complete your university degree (or masters qualification) by January.

No, to be considered for the program, a copy of your university transcript and resume must be uploaded at the time of your application.

Applicants will be contacted by nbn's recruitment team as soon as possible after applications close. If successful, you'll be advised of expected timelines to complete the next steps of the recruitment process.
