What is the closing date for an open position on the website?

We don’t advertise closing dates for open positions and may stop advertising the role at any time, including before or after we have filled the position. If you’re interested we recommend that you apply for a position as soon as you see the job on our website.

How will I know if my submission has been received?

You will receive an email acknowledgment of receipt of your completed candidate profile or job application. This will be sent to the email address you have provided to us. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 24 hours please email us to let us know and we will be in touch.

 

How can I submit my resume to NBN Co?

We encourage you to apply online for an advertised position or create a candidate profile. We do not accept resumes via email.

I have not heard back about my application. How can I follow up?

Our aim is to review your application within 2 weeks; however this timeline can vary from position to position and depends on NBN Co’s business needs. If you haven’t heard back within this time frame please email jobs@nbnco.com.au.
