To build, operate and maintain the nbn™ network, we estimate the skilled workforce available to our Delivery Partners may need to increase by more than 4,500 roles – almost doubling the current external workforce actively engaged on the nbn™ network.
With so much work to be done, nbn has developed an Industry Workforce Development Program in partnership with our Delivery Partners to up-skill and cross-skill workers across the country.
We’re looking for both experienced telecommunications workers and new industry entrants interested in undergoing training and taking on roles in key high demand occupations. Whether you’re returning to the industry, or looking to get involved, our program has opportunities for you.
Referring candidates onto our Delivery Partners or subcontractors for consideration as their need for workers grows throughout the rollout of the nbn™ network.
